Site requirements fall into three basic categories: (1) climatological and atmospheric, (2) structural, dimensional building and terrestrial access, and (3) design criteria which includes function, aesthetics and specific client needs.
Since 2006, we have been engaged to construct, consult or perform design/build on eighteen "green" roof projects ranging from coastal Massachusetts to -33 C. New Hampshire; from small residential to large commercial roofs; and completely open to nearly closed off access.
